Southpoint Apartments

SOUTHPOINT APARTMENTS & EMPORIUM HOTEL, SOUTH BANK

Southpoint is a $600m mixed use transit orientated development (TOD) located in the South Bank Precinct Brisbane. The project encompasses an A grade commercial office building, luxury boutique Emporium Hotel, luxury residential apartments, retail tenancies and supermarket set in and around heritage listed Collins Place. Boutique shops, restaurants, wine bars and a day spa also form part of this project.

Sienna Apartments

The project has 49 apartments over 10 levels and two secure underground car parking levels for resident and visitor parking.

There are 35 two bedroom apartments and 14 one bedroom apartments. It is located within proximity of the Park Road café precinct as well as the Milton railway station.

Station 16

Station 16 is a $28m contemporary 10 storey mixed use residential apartment building located in the cultural and entertainment precinct of Merivale St South Brisbane.

The development consists of 65 apartments with a mix of one and two bedroom layouts. The project contains three levels of underground basement carparking, ten levels of apartments, recreational facilities containing a gym and pool.

Allisee

Allisee is a $260m luxury apartment project located on 6.3Ha of waterfront fronting the Broadwater on the Gold Coast.

The development consists of 198 apartments with a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom layouts.

There are seven 6 storey buildings constructed around a purpose built internal boat harbour with a 20 berth marina.

Lifestyle facilities include two heated 25m lap pools, a lagoon pool, two recreation pavilions that include a spa, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, tennis court, bbq facilities and multi-purpose rooms.

Marquis on Main

MARQUIS ON MAIN, MAIN BEACH

Marquis on Main is a $55m boutique luxury apartment project located in Main Beach on the Gold Coast.

The 30 storey development consists of 42 three bedroom apartments configured as two apartments per floor, 5 sub-penthouses being one apartment per floor and the penthouse occupying 4 levels of the top floors. Recreation facilities include gymnasium, 25m heated lap pool, spa, sauna, steam room, tennis court, bbq facilities and relaxation pavilion.
